Within the former industrial area La Goccia, the Politecnico di Milano’s Campus Nord will rise, one of the most ambitious urban regeneration projects in Europe. Strategie Digitali, acting as BIM Leading Consultant on behalf of RPBW, was responsible in the broadest sense for BIM Management: defining BIM standards, updating the BEP and its annexes, and managing the project’s CDE. It also provided technical support to the client and the Design Team, handling model management and maintenance, scripts for parameter population, design automation and generative design, information consistency checks, and export of models into open interoperable formats. These aspects were also addressed in training sessions for RPBW’s Design Team, with dedicated lectures further expanded into advanced Revit courses focused on advanced modeling and design scripting.
