Bvlgari Hotel Rome
The new Bvlgari Hotel Roma in Piazza Augusto Imperatore, designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel for both the architectural design and the interior design, represents one of the most complex Italian examples of integrated BIM design, developed within a historic building of great value, surveyed through point cloud scanning. Strategie Digitali was engaged by Carron Spa, the General Contractor of the project, in the modeling and information flow management for various suppliers of interior design elements, fixed furniture, kitchens and cooling systems; specifically for the interior design and furniture scope, the modeling extended to the entire custom millwork and cabinetry package (paneling, wardrobes, doors, bathroom furniture). It also handled coordination among the various suppliers and the design of civil works and building systems.
